Standard Delivery - £4.99 (Free for orders over £100)

Next Day Delivery - £7.99 (£2.95 for orders over £100)
Orders will typically be sent using a Next Day delivery service  Orders received before 2pm will usually be despatched same day either via DPD, DHL, DX or Royal Mail Signed for service.  Please note that deliveries take place Monday to Friday so that orders despatched on Friday will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday and that orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday.  All UK postcodes except those shown below*.

We try to ensure all the technical information and description regarding product listing on the site is accurate and truthful, however, mistakes can happen. If you are not happy with a description that we have used on our website to describe a product and feel it is inaccurate, you can return goods for a full refund. We take our customer relations very seriously and welcome feedback from our customers.
 

Faulty items
If you have purchased a product from us that you feel is faulty or damaged, we will refund you in full (providing you contact us within 30 working days from the date of receipt and return it to us in the same condition as when you received it). Please contact sales@photopaper.co.uk.

Please notify us of any damage to the outer packaging within 48 hours of receipt of your paper as claims for damaage caused by the courier cannot be made after this time.

Returns
If you change your mind and decide not to keep an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt by email and the goods must be received by photopaper.co.uk no more than 14 days thereafter.
We must receive the goods in the same condition in which they were sent (i.e. in the original packaging including labelling). The return is at your own risk and you are responsible for any carriage costs. We are not responsible for returned goods lost during transit. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to your fault, the goods will be returned to you without refund or credit.
 

Cancellation 
If you would like to cancel an order prior to it being dispatched we will make a refund to the debit, credit card or account that was used to purchase the goods.
If the goods have been dispatched the cost of carriage will be met by the purchaser prior to a refund.

Shopping with photopaper.co.uk is secure.
  • We only use approved platforms to process your payment details.
  • We do not hold any of your financial data. Your data is only used by official web sites and the same technology is used by most web sites to safeguard your credit card information.
  • Any customer data we collect is similarly protected against unauthorised access.
  • When you place an order on our site you are effectively offering to buy the product which means that there is no binding contract unless we have cleared your payment.
  • We generate an email during this time, but this reply simply confirms we have received your request. Acceptance of your order cannot occur prior to payment being confirmed.


Privacy
We take your privacy of your personal information seriously. The data we hold about your purchase is held on a secure database. This data is protected under the Data Protection Act and we never sell or share it with any other party other than to request feedback following the order.
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order and to request feedback following the order.

Limitation of Liability 
Except as may be implied by law where you are dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by us, your remedies shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatsoever.
 

Force Majeure 
We are not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God such as floods and snow, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
 

Changes to Terms and Conditions 
photopaper.co.uk are entitled to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
